Client Services Coordinator
Susan Gould is an administrative professional who has worked primarily in the non-profit sector including one of Ohio's largest nursing homes and several nationally respected charities. One of her proudest achievements is being a co-founder of an Internationally recognized charity that promotes research of a rare disease her daughter was diagnosed with as a child. Throughout her career, Susan has worked with families who have faced the challenges of providing for the well-being of their loved ones. Her compassion and experience are helpful to clients who may find it difficult to navigate some of the more emotional aspects of Estate Planning. Always a professional, Susan's also been known to inject a little humor towards her work too; thus, the creation of her “Nudge List” for those clients who need a bit of motivation to get the process done.
In her free time, she volunteers to assist residents in her community who need an extra hand at home; movies, travel and good food top her list of favorite things to do as well. She attended Ohio University and has lived in Hudson for over 25 years. Susan loves Cleveland but is always a New Yorker at heart and misses the food.
